Ruff Fitness training is all about developing core and functional strength. We take the principles of heart rate based cardio training and integrate strength to create a total body functional workout. We’ll teach you how to move in multiple planes, develop rotational power and improve flexibility through a whole new type of training!

We are a private training studio, working with clients of all ages and abilities.

At Ruff Fitness, we train movements not muscles. We incorporate total body metabolic training into everything we do . Each workout includes: soft tissue / myofascial release, a dynamic warm-up, metabolic acceleration (heart-rate based cardio), and functional strength training.

Every session is different and you’ll love the atmosphere! Choose from One-on-One Sessions, Partner Training, or Group Training. We don’t sell big packages- we take it a session at a time, that way we have to prove ourselves to you each and every session! We do not sell memberships – we focus strictly on training and designing specific plans for your routine whether it’s in a gym, or at home
